Leeds Food Map

Welcome to the Leeds Food Map. The map was developed to enable food workers from across the city to view a snap shot of the current food work that is delivered across the city. Information is gathered from a variety of food projects across the city including luncheon clubs, cooking sessions, allotment projects, community cafes, tea time clubs and breast feeding cafes.

The map aims to help people to target their food work effectively, by decreasing replication and supplying information to facilitate projects sharing good practice, and building on success. Furthermore the map also helps food workers to examine food access across Leeds, as all major supermarkets are listed on the map.

Information for the Leeds Food Map is collected annually in April. Following this years data collection two new maps are now available to show food projects and supermarkets separately.
