The Leeds PCT

The Community Brain Injury Rehabilitation Team is a specialist community rehabilitation team based at St Mary's Hospital in Armley. It provides rehabilitation and support to clients with traumatic brain injury in Leeds, adged 16 and above, and their families.

The service aims to work with people who have had a traumatic brain injury in the past five years. Goals will be established aiming to increase independence and improve quality of life. Client's progress is reviewed regularly and goals adapted as needs change over time.
