The Expert Patients Programme is a six week course which can help you gain a better understanding of your condition, the impact it has on your life and provide support and confidence to help take control of your health.
Who is the course for?:
The course is open to anyone over 18 years old who has a long-term health condition or disability. People with conditions such as arthritis, depression, heart disease, asthma, depression, Multiple Sclerosis, haemophilia and liver disease have all benefited (this list is no way exhaustive).
